  • Practical sessions using mannequins.
  • Recovery position for different age groups.
  • Monitoring and reassessment of casualties.
  • Types of wounds and appropriate treatments.
  • Controlling severe bleeding using pressure and bandages.
  • Practical bandaging exercises.
  • Recognizing shock signs and symptoms.
  • Managing the condition until help arrives.
  • Identifying fractures and soft tissue injuries.
